VAT or VAT-free Prices / Payment / Shipping

MDPC-X is a German company. We ship from Germany to every country.

Prices with or without 19% VAT:

• If you are not logged in, you will always see prices including 19% VAT, because our laws in Germany require this.
• If you are logged in and your shipping address is not within the EU: Prices will not include 19% VAT anymore (prices are lower than in the previous example).
• If you are logged in and your shipping address is within the EU: Prices include 19% VAT.
• If you are logged in as a business with a valid VAT-ID for EU-wide net purchases and your shipping address is within the EU: Prices will not include 19% VAT anymore.

Shipping-Methods:

How can I see the shipping costs to my country?

If you are registered and logged in:

• You will see the shipping cost to your country and for your product selection when you are
  1. logged in with your account
  2. have products in your shopping cart
  3. go to "CHECKOUT" and you will see the shipping cost (for your product selection).

If you do NOT want to register yet, but want to see your prices and shipping cost:

1. Add your items to the shopping cart, by going to the product and then hit the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button.
2. When you have all products in the shopping cart, click on the "DISPLAY SHOPPING CART" button (underneath the "Go to checkout" button) in the sidebar. The sidebar appears when you click on the shopping cart icon on the top right of the website.
3. After you clicked the "DISPLAY SHOPPING CART" button, you land on a page, which gives you an overview about the products in your cart. Now you can choose your country-, payment- and shipping-method. You will then see the shipping cost and total cost for your products.
4. If you are not from the EU, you will then also see the product prices without 19% VAT, because you don't have to pay VAT anymore! A nice surprise when your products are suddenly ~19% cheaper :)

How to eventually reduce shipping cost:

Some items are heavier than others. Remove the heavier items (crimping tool, wires) if your shipping cost have jumped from the cheapest shipping method ("Deutsche Post" for small packages) to the next level (DHL). For non-EU customers it can make sense to split the order into 2 orders, if each allows for the "Deutsche Post" shipping method instead of having the cost for the DHL shipping method.

Payment-Methods:

PayPal

PayPal is the fastest of all payment methods, as the order can be paid instantly! It is easy, quick and secure. You can connect your credit-card or bank-account to your PayPal account. Currency conversion to our Euro (€) prices is 100% automatic, no matter what currency is used for your PayPal account. Super easy for you, super easy for us.

Payment in advance (bank wire-transfer)

You will wire-transfer the money from your bank-account to our bank-account at Deutsche Bank. You will get our complete bank data when you have placed your order, via the order confirmation email. Make sure to mention the order-number within the bank-transfers comment field, so we know which order the payment is for.

• European customers: If your bank does SEPA transfers, there will be no transaction fees. Almost every country in Europe supports SEPA and therefore our customers from Europe often use Payment in advance (bank wire-transfer) as their payment method.
• Non-European customers: If your bank does not offer SEPA transfers, make sure that you choose to cover all transaction fees on your and our end. As soon as the full sum has arrived in our account, the order will be shipped.
• For non-European customers it is often easier to use PayPal. It also avoids trouble with incomplete sums arriving in our account, due to transaction-fees.
