Product information "Aluminum-Grey Sleeving MICRO"
Aluminum-Grey is the second lightest grey in our grey shade range. It is lighter than Platinum-X and slightly darker than Haze-Grey. If you need grey custom cables similar to a non reflective aluminum grey, this is the choice.
Aluminum-Grey MICRO sleeving for diameters from 1.5 mm to 4.0 mm. On very short distances, you can move it over 4.5 mm diameters obstacles.
The offered lengths of Aluminum-Grey MICRO sleeving are based on meters (m). 1 m is ~3.3 feet, 10 m is ~33 feet, etc.
If you need 100 meter (330 ft) units of Aluminum-Grey MICRO sleeving, please use the separate offering in the 100 meter category.
We recommend to use MICRO sleeving on wires of at least 1.6 mm diameter, like our EXTREME 17-AWG wire or regular 17-AWG wire. If you want to work with our very small 1.3 mm 23-AWG wires, you should bundle 2 of them in one MICRO sleeve.
MICRO sleeving is also a great option for people who want to sleeve in 2 layers, having the MICRO sleeve on top of something else for nice effects, because of its unique weave structure.
